Payment Processing: Payment processing services are facilitated by Numu Labs, Inc. through Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. Processing rates for in-person transactions are 2.7% + $0.10 (POS GO) or 2.5% + $0.10 (POS PRO). Online transaction rates are 3.0% + $0.15 (POS GO) or 2.9% + $0.15 (POS PRO). All quoted rates are inclusive of all platform and processing fees — there are no additional surcharges. Actual rates may vary based on card type, transaction method, and account eligibility. Instant payouts are available for an additional fee of 1.50% per payout. All merchant accounts are subject to Stripe’s terms of service, acceptable use policy, and approval requirements. Stripe’s services are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (https://stripe.com/connect-account/legal) and the Stripe Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/legal/ssa).
No Hardware Required: NumuPOS operates on your existing iPad or iPhone with built-in tap-to-pay functionality. No proprietary hardware purchase is required. Compatible devices must meet minimum operating system requirements (iOS 16.4+ or later). Device compatibility is subject to change.
Subscriptions: NumuPOS subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contract required. Accounts may be cancelled at any time. Additional fees may apply to certain add-on services, premium features, or activated integrations. Promotional pricing, where applicable, is limited to one offer per business relationship regardless of the number of business locations, is not combinable with other offers, and is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
